2. Holding a talented team of more than 10% staff for R&D and PIE with complete testing equipments, including balancing machine, Microscope Check machine, salt & mist erode testing, Hardness Instrument, etc.;
3. Establishing APQP system so to formalize its product developing, to improve producing efficiency and to strengthen quality controlling;
